“and be patient over what befalls you” – Surah Luqman 31:17
Patience and Sabr is attribute to Islam where Allah SWT itself teaches us to have patience in whatever we do. Moreover, the Quran is beautiful inside and out. Just look at the meaning, look at the flow that Allah has made into it that everything is attached with us and our heart as well. In fact, there are some verses that directly will affect our hearts and soothe it in the hour of trial and difficulty even Allah might have said it indirect nor direct in the Quran.
Patience means to always remain calm in going through hardships. It is a virtue which enables us to proceed towards worthy goals and remain unaffected by difficult situations.
Every believer who believes in Allah will be tested and such test will be come in the form of fear, hunger, illness, some loss in goods, or lives or similar provisions. No one can have a completely blissful life without being tested by Allah SWT.
Indeed, Allah will always help and provide us with a way out for every difficulty that we been through. How wonderful Islam is when our burdens, our troubles, difficulties can be removed by prayers, patience and having completely faith in Allah’s plan.
